How fast does a leak have to drain water in order to be considered Zochalin?

 

There is a range of opinions about how to define the Shiur of a leak in order to be considered Zochalin to actually invalidate the tevilah. Some maintain that one needs to see it above the water; others argue that only if it’s a flow is there a problem, not if it drips bit by bit; and others argue that there is an actual measurement, for example if liquid can enter through the hole or if it continuously drips it can be a problem.

Regarding a men’s Mikvah, there are many reasons to be lenient. Nonetheless, for many reasons it’s worthwhile investing effort and money to fix it.
