I have sea salt from the pacific ocean. Can I use it to Kosher meat?

 

If the salt is fully dried, then yes, provided that the grains of salt are not all very fine (like table salt) nor very big (too big to adhere well to the meat). Generally sea salt is the preferred size (even though there are finer grains mixed in with the larger ones).

Sea salt is actually the preferred koshering salt of most kashrus agencies.
