What is the Bracha of pretzels? Does it make a difference if its salted?

 

If its made with flour and water – same as crackers. Salt doesn’t make a difference (because it’s not in the dough).

But many small snack pretzels are made with oil instead of water. (Note however that often it is made with water but the water is not listed).

If that is the case, there is room to be lenient that even a Baal Nefesh can make Mezonos in this case.
