What Bracha is soggy/dissolved tea biscuits in Liquid?

Question:

We prepared a camp activity for children where they use tea biscuits and crumble it with other ingredients to turn it into something that looks like a cake ball and in the process the tea biscuits are supposed to get a little soggy. If we added to much liquid and the tea biscuits completely feel apart and are very soggy and the whole desert becomes like a soup where it’s a lot of grape juice with soggy tea biscuit crumbs/clumps scattered throughout is the bracha still mezonos?

Answer:

If the ball of biscuits remain whole, they are mezonos, and the liquid is shehakol, or in this case Hagofen, (e.g. soup and Kneidelach, the Kneidelach is Mezonos, and the soup is shehakol).

If the biscuits dissolved and are mixed, the Bracha would be Mezonos (e.g Mezonos cereal and milk that are mixed together then we make just one Bracha which is Mezonos).
