Is it allowed to make Techina on Shabbos by adding water to the liquid ground sesame seeds?

 

You may make Techina on Shabbos however it requires a couple of conditions.

• First you most pour a large amount of liquid right in the beginning so that the Techina should not become thick and it should become right away a liquid (and not thick like chummos).
• Additionally one needs to prepare the Techina in a non regular fashion than one would do on the weekday. That is that on Shabbos one would need to:
  • 1) place the ingredients in a non regular way (if usually you put the Techina then the water, on Shabbos you should do the opposite, first the water and then the Techina) and similarly,
  • 2) to stir it slowly with one’s finger or by shaking the bowel slowly in a non regular fashion, but not with a regular fork or spoon. If one wishes to use a spoon he may only if he stirs it in criss-cross fashion and not in the normal way of stirring it around and around.
