Is the Kohen by a Pidyon Haben during the nine days allowed to eat meat and drink wine?
The Baalei Mitzva including yourself as the Kohen, all family members and very close friends are permitted to have Meat and Wine at the Seudas Pidyon Haben.
If the Pidyon Haben falls out during the week of Tisha B’av, in that case, only the Baalei Mitzvah and relatives who are ineligible to testify (קרובים הפסולים לעדות) plus an exact minyan, may eat meat and drink wine at the Seuda.
The other invitees, if there are, may not eat fleishigs. They may have pareve food that’s bechezkas fleishig.
