Is skin colored material Tznius?
Question:
Can a woman wear a dress with sleeves that are lined with a skin colour material, that may give the illusion that the sleeves are transparent and therefore not 100% covered? Does it count as Maris Ayin?

If it is noticeable or this is something prevalent in your area, then there is no problem.
