Using a Coin from the Rebbe for Jewelry

Question:

I’ve seen many people with jewelry made with a coin from the Rebbe. Is there any issue with wearing a coin as a necklace mitzad avodah Zara because there is a face on the coin?

Also, is there any issue of muktzah wearing it on Shabbos and Yom Tov?
