Can a misting system be used on Shabbos if it is turned on before Shabbos?
Questions:
Is there a concern of:
- Zoreh of the water?
- The high-pressure pump, is there a question due to sound?
- Some of the water sprays plants, so is there a concern of planting?
Can a timer be used to have it turned off on Shabbos?
Answer:
If it makes noise, there is a problem of זלזול שבת.
If your clothes get a little wet, there can be an issue of סחיטה.
If the clothes are somewhat dirty, there is an issue of ליבון.
If none of the above issues exist, then the system may be used if it is turned on before Shabbos.
One may also use a timer to have it turned off on Shabbos.

I have not yet gotten the system so I don’t know how loud it is. It’s an electric high-pressure water pump.
But may I ask why is it different from an AC that makes noise?
It is used for the same purpose to cool off an area, an AC for inside, and a misting system for outside.
A misting system is mostly used in commercial spaces where I assume it’s on a timer rather than someone manually turning it on.

שהכל יודעין שדרכו להעריכו מאתמול
With a misting system, not everyone knows. This is also implied in the language in your question, where you wrote “I assume” (and not that you know).
