Answering Amen etc. While Saying Tehillim

Question:

If I am saying a long kapitel tehillim that has Hashem’s name in it, do I answer amen or other dvar shebikdusha in the middle after I have already said Hashem’s name?

If yes, do I continue with the kapitel afterwards or start it again, or do I not answer at all until I have finished the kapitel?

Answer:

You must answer. If possible, it is preferred to wait at the end of a theme.

There’s no need to start the Kapitel again afterwards. If you interrupt in the middle of a theme, you should restart the passuk.
