Does a product that has חמשת מיני דגן and its gluten free have to be Pas Yisroel?

 

Is there a guidelines to what oat has to be pas yisroel and what doesn’t have to?

 

Answer:

Oat is naturally gluten-free but the Torah says it needs to be pas yisroel.

All five types of grain need to be pas yisroel unless it’s not a dough or doesn’t have appearance of bread or is a minute ingredient in another food.
