Do we say Hashem’s name when it comes up in Tikun Leil Shavuos?

 

No. Only in complete pesukim.

Similar to here:

When saying Pirkei Avos should the names of Hashem be said? (Some pesukim with Hashem’s name are not full pesukim. Also sheyibaneh (Avos 5:20) etc).
