Is it a Chabad Custom to light a Yohrtzeit candle by the grave of parent when visiting on Yohrtzeit?

Some have a custom to light a candle (not necessarily a Yortzait Licht) when visiting a  kever on the day of the yartzeit. This is not a common practice within Chabad.
Either way, it would be better to light the candle in shul. Furthermore, to give money to the poor is a much greater mitzvah and accomplishes much more.

An exception to this is when visiting the ohel. Some do so at other kivrei tzadikim.
