My son placed a bag of individually wrapped chocolate bars (which he had prepared to bring to class for a siyum) on his desk under a loft bed overnight.

Please advise what we can do.

 

Answer:

If it’s not a great loss, it is worthwhile to be stringent and not to use. On the other hand there are certain considerations for leniency. If necessary, one may be lenient.
