My wife washes and sets Sheitels as a business. Can she do it during the 9 days?
Ideally, she should not be open for business to wash Sheitels as explained in the link below (see there about the halacha of washing a Sheitel in the Nine Days).
However, if a customer is requesting to wash her only Sheitel that is not in good condition, or in any other similar pressing situation, then she may do so.
Setting a Sheitel is permissible in any case during the nine days.
