Do I need to Toivel the metal base of an egg dash cooker?

Description:
A metal base that one pours water into, then plastic pieces sit on top where the eggs sit in. The eggs touch the plastic and are sitting on the plastic, but the water from the metal base does steam and boil and the water splashes/touches the eggs.
It says not to immerse it in water…
Answer:
The metal base (heating plate) and glass lid or parts (if applicable) require Tevilah with a Bracha.
You may choose to Toivel the plastic components as well as per the custom (without a Bracha if not Toiveling together with other vessels which require a Bracha, such as the ones mentioned above).
