Do kettle cooked chips need to be Bishul Yisroel?

Is it the same as any potato chips, or is it more stringent/lenient?

Same as regular Potato Chips, because the only difference between the two is how/when the potatoes are added to the oil (which doesn’t have any Halachic ramifications).
