Milchig was cooked on a Fleish pan (which the pan was not used for about two weeks). A plastic Milchig spatula was used to stir the cooking food and then the contents were put hot on Milchig plates. Metal Milchig utensils were used to eat (which the Milchige utensils were last used two days prior). Meat was not noticed until after eating. Can I kosher the Fleishig pan, and how. The Milchig spatula, plate and utensils?

 

The Fleishig pan needs to be Kashered. Turn the pan upside down on the fire and allow the heat to penetrate for several minutes.

The Milchig utensils are all fine.
