Negel Vaaser and Asher Yatzar in middle of the night

Question:

When one wakes up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and plans to return directly to bed without saying Birchos Hashachar, should he wash Negel Vasser by the bed without a Bracha when waking up and also say Asher Yatzar after the bathroom?

If so, should he repeat Asher Yatzar in the morning when reciting Birchos Hashachar?
