Can a car that was not cleaned for Pesach, but probably doesn’t have much Chametz either (it’s not used by children) be used on Pesach?
If it was included in the sale it may not be used. If it was not included in the sale then it must be cleaned and search for Chometz now, regardless if it being used. After it has been searched properly, it may be used.

Check visibly in daylight to see if there is any chometz.
