What is the proper way to sell things in a Yeshivah canteen on Shabbos?
The point of the canteen is to give access to kosher food to the students that need that availability. There is also a point or ticket system that they are rewarded with, that they can redeem in the canteen. They can get food with cash as well.
Answer:
They can pick up items in the canteen and pay after Shabbos. They should not mention price or measurement.
The canteen should find a method of keeping a record through paperclips etc.
Using points is OK. But it is questionable whether one may use special Yeshiva dollars or vouchers. See here for more on that:

Seemingly fake money should also be a problem of mukzta even though it cannot be used for buying and selling, being that the reason that real money is muktza is not that it can be used for buying and selling (because then it would be considered a כלי שמלאכתו לאיסור) but rather because it is not considered a כלי, and if that’s the case, and fake money should (-all the more so-) not be considered a כלי, therefore rendering it מוקצה מחמת איסור?
(And if that is true, it would be forbidden to move as well, not just to use/play with)
Would that be a valid problem?
It’s not clear if fake money would be muktza as well, though there is strong reasons that it wouldn’t be.
