If the dry cleaners is a goyisha place, can I drop off dry cleaning during the week of Tisha B’Av and pick it up Friday for Shabbos?

 

One may not give clothes to a non-Jew during the nine days for them to clean even if it would be worn after Tisha B’av and even if they were told to only clean it after Tisha B’av.

In a situation where you don’t have a clean shirt for Shabbos, it would be permitted.
