We bought cutting boards, and it says they’re made out of wheat straw. is that an issue for Pesach?

Not an issue. The straw is not chometz (besides, for the fact that it is inedible),

There’s no reason to be concerned that a kernel of wheat was mixed in. Furthermore, even if it would be mixed in, it is totally nullified and inedible.
