Can a two year old use the same highchair tray on Pesach as year round if its cleaned?

 

Since the food placed there is not Yad Soledes Bo, it should be cleaned very thoroughly (not just the tray), and the tray should be covered with contact paper. Ideally, pour first boiling water over it.
